Kicks Of Chicago, a custom shoe business, was started by Matthew Burzec back in 2018 while he was at a summer coding program in San Francisco. He wanted to make custom shoes for himself and his roommates. After much encouragement from his friends, he decided to make his first pair.
Once he made his first pair he knew he wanted to share his work with others. It allowed him to combine not only his love for sneakers, but his creative side into one activity. When he came back to Chicago he started Kicks Of Chicago and has been growing the business rapidly.
